Scam call. Called many times on my phone at wee hours in the morning. Claim to be from Visa Head Office. No such thing as Visa Head Office. Call you Bank to check for sure. Just block the number.

I called Citibank's other number and confirmed this was their Consumer Support number. It is legitimate. Processed the information they needed to verify my account. I originally thought it was fraud but it is real.

We receive calls at our place of business from these people every day and they claim to be with Spectrum. It sounds like a call center in India; noisy background noise and each person who calls has a strong accent.
