A woman named Gina left a message claiming to be from something or other “sensitive care.” She was mumbling so low and there was a lot of background noise like doors closing and I could barely make out what she was saying. She needed her message by saying her team has to do this everyday. It sounds sketchy.

I got a call from Stanford Patient Financial Clearance from this number. I was suspicious since they wanted me to call back to 866-647-3694 and give private information. I called them on the official line on their web page and did confirm that BOTH 866-647-3694 and 650-999-7818 are legitimate. Stanford WAS trying to reach me regarding updating my insurance information.

Got a call today from a lady named “Ursula” saying she’s from Stanford Medical where I have an appt. she asked to confirm my birthday and address.. I asked her for which appt is this? She said she couldn’t disclose until I gave info. I talked to my dr office, they said that it was definitely not them. SPAM!
