Renewal by Andersen has been calling my cell phone on a daily basis for two weeks. I have blocked them and can see their number. Furthermore, they recently started calling from 216 239 0045 on a daily basis which is local to me. I banned that one too. The only dealings I have ever had with them was a canceled appointment over a year ago. Do not get on their bad side or you risk being on their harassment list. Better yet slam the door in their face if they come knocking.

Have called quite a few times in the past week. Never leave a message. Have never contacted them for anything! Called this morning (Sunday) at 8:45 am. Didn't answer. This number is not "blocked". The area code for this number is St. Paul, MN. I live in Florida!

I've been fruitlessly trying to replace some damaged insect window screens for a building completed in 1986 windows by Andersen, townhouse. Home Depot is useless ,as always, being that I re-screened years ago via Anderson & can't find my info. I searched & found Andersen's website which is equally as useless as dealing with Home Depot, their main retailer in this area. Actually the AW site is worse- one would think that AW site would be more professional bc they are representing their own products. I completed their in-site, help me form, definitevely unticked two box choices: I blanked out the I WANT A FREE HOME ESTIMATE" box *un-ticked*, and unticked the Call me and ticked the email me box. Before submission, I triple checked my choices the site will not allow submission until a phone number is entered. I once entered fake phone numbers but the internet has gotten too sophisticated and knows when a number is fake, now. Literally, within 2 seconds of submitting the form, my phone rang & Caller ID listed Andersen Windows. I've received 6-8 (one hung up on me) calls and 20 emails since July 27. I wouldn't buy water from them if I was dying of thirst; Well, maybe I'd buy water for my dog and cat but nothing else. Blocked. They could have made a sale had they backed off and respected my wishes. In addition to 5 screens needed immediately (in June) I need a new garden box $$$, a new front door sidelight and a new back door, $$$ . Too bad for all.

I'd say just block them every time. Junk their emails. It's better than being harassed.

The idiots actually *hung up* on me when I finally answered - I need screens and is why I made initial contact a few days ago. However, I did not expect this incessant calling - I asked that they *not* call me.

I agree with Bob! I needed hardware for two broken handles...took me well over 2 months to talk with someone. I was transferred, ignored and snapped at! They did, however, offer to come and fix my windows at a HUGE price. NO WAY!Horrible customer service!

We called after a hail storm for damage repair estimate, was at that very instant annoyed with attitude of company, they have since twice a week been estimating the effectiveness of my call blocker (won't ring them through)..works great BTW, LOL

Signed up for a contest. Same thing as another person. Said they wouldn't call unless I won. Call me daily now. Today woke me up at 8am.

Have received numerous calls. Do not answer calls that I do not recognize number. Did not leave message
