Got scammed out of 250.00. Signing up for Disney+ and this came up saying they could not access my info. Was told to call this. Somehow They billed my card for 200.00 for a vanilla gift card and another for a 50.00 Amazon card. Amazon fraud is investigating as well as my bank.
This number called to provide a code needed to login to my bank account z however I've never needed to do this before unless I've had 2 factor enabled, which I don't. The recording stayed my banks name then provided 6 digit number to enter into app, however I could never get it to work, tried several times. Use caution.
unknown caller 669-241-2767 rings but never leaves a message
Called 11 times. I never picked up when rang; but found this number when I was erasing incoming and outgoing numbers on our home phone. That is beyond excessive especially with calls all on same day. It surely is a scammer.
SCAM Suspicion!!! I don't comment on Number/Callers Unless Others Have Reported Issues! Something Phishy about this Number/Caller; Lots of Conflicting Information!!! I Received 11 Hits Concerning this Caller/Number; If it's Legit then WHY that many returns??!! Many are calling this a Code Call from "American First Credit Union", as well as other institutions! No message left on my end and widely reported that no message left. I just wonder why I would get a Code Call Early in the Morning, before I'm out of bed, without having tried to access any account??!! Very Strange! Some have said the Caller is asking for Account Info! If They're Legit they should already have your account info and only need to verify that info. It is NOT a "ROBO" Caller which just adds to the confusion. I have no definitive information about this Caller/Number! My Suggestion is to Use Extreme Caution if and when dealing with this Caller!!! NEVER Give Personal Information Over the Phone: NEVER!!!
This number called with a robo call using my bank's name and name as it appears on my card. Very convincing call about suspicious activity on my card from another country. Only detail it asked for was zip code. Then said my card was disabled and asked that I press another number to speak to someone about the transaction. While on the call, I checked my account online. There was no activity. Very convincing scam call. Beware!
When I try to access my account TD Bank online, instead of the usual response, I get this number from Sunnyvale, CA. I suspect fraud. I blocked the call but now I can't access my account.
