Kelley O'Donnell texts almost everyday. Occasionally asks for money for a charity run she is doing. Has been texting for over a year. I blocked her number. She has even emailed me. She claims to have a disability. Don't know if spam or not. Just annoying!

We receive calls at our place of business from these people every day and they claim to be with Spectrum. It sounds like a call center in India; noisy background noise and each person who calls has a strong accent.

Evidently gets next if kin names from obituaries and calls them all, over and over. Will not say what they are calling about until you give birthdate and ssn of the deceased.
