7/19/2022 Called my phone 4 times over a 3 hour period starting at 1:00 am - 4:02 am. Left a voice message stating they were the Department of Defense and I am unaccounted for and need to call another # to report in. The other phone # is 1-858-251-1381

got call from that number twice in a row; did not pick it up and no one bother to leave a message; I blocked the number
Got a call from that number too. That's about the 2nd or 3rd time they called me and I missed their call, but when I call back, nobody answers. I'm just going to treat it like another spam/scam number and just block it.
Repetitive unsolicited calls from this number, given what I see here, no need to answer. Likely a spammer. Although the number says Alexandria, VA on the phone, another website pinpointed Lorton, VA. I know there is a prison or some type of confinement facility nearby so maybe it is a scam associated with that.
Prison has been closed for some years now so that isn't relevant. I also got three calls from this number at 5:00 am in the morning. Very persistent calls. Will block.
