Received a text from this number. Knew my first name and address. Wanted to know if I still owned my property. Said they rehab homes and rental properties and hoping to find a new project in the local area. I texted back asking who they were but they never responded.

Called multiple times this afternoon, picked up one. They says they are irs and wanted me to submit something. Find it fishy hanged up, they called one more time and never called again.
