Legitimate business. They are a dialysis provider. Called us to schedule a training session for our daughter who must start dialysis in three weeks.
One of many numbers used out of the Kaiser, Vallejo, call center. I received call from this number to schedule job interview.
I keep getting calls from this number and when I answer there is no one on the line. Called them back got a dead end answering service. So I entered a fake extension and reach Jill Smith and left a message... "why are you calling me?" I haven't heard back from them. She said she was with TRS so who knows what they do.

I called Citibank's other number and confirmed this was their Consumer Support number. It is legitimate. Processed the information they needed to verify my account. I originally thought it was fraud but it is real.

We receive calls at our place of business from these people every day and they claim to be with Spectrum. It sounds like a call center in India; noisy background noise and each person who calls has a strong accent.
