They called and left a message about possible "legal action". I called the number back and knew right away it was a scam. Claimed to be SS administration. No good answer when I asked why the call was from Houston. When the lady asked me for my SS # I told her to give me hers 1st. Hung up and blocked number.

Text message "17132587154 Depositing new message. Legal enforcement action filed on your social security number for fraudulent activities. So when you get this message kindly call back at the earliest possible on our number before we begin with the legal proceedings that is 713-258-7154. I repeat 713-258-7154." I called from a phone not belonging to me... they answer "Social Security Administration" and asked why I was calling and what my name was. I hung up.

From the QUITLINE - can be any state - PA for me - I followed their program to quit smoking and this was a follow up survey - NOT SPAM - The service was helpful and the survey harmless.
Got 2 calls from this number stating that it is a colect call from an inmate. We don' t know anyone who is an inmate anywhere.

This number keeps calling me. The message they leave is like a clicking sound. No one speaks. Very odd. I’m blocking this number
