Received a call Amazon account had been charged for over $300. I went to Amazon and saw nothing had been charged, then checked my bank account. I never did respond. Total scam

I got a call from this number and was told a cell phone was charged to my amazon acct. They asked me to download teamviewer to my computer and then open my bank acct on that computer. Luckily I did not open the bank account. No this has been charged to my amazon acct
They say they have an order from Amazon and wanted to verify if ipadress was same, to reimburse
