Kept called my cell phone number. Finally I answered the scripts are pretty much the same about 3 serious felony charges against me. Got my social security number too. Definitely big time scam.
This Melissa Young is a fraud told her I was calling my Lawyer give me her information and she said sure but never did. Then I tried to call back and they would not accept my calls
I just started getting these calls today she says her name is Melissa Young and she is with the District 3 Unit and the number is out of Texas and she said it is Imperative that I contact her back I got scammed last year around Christmas time out of 500.00 and I am not going to let it happen again and she has my full SS number and my old married name and my new married name and I want to know how the hell she is getting all this information and how charges can be filed against these people calling and she also left on my voicemail that they mailed me something 10 days ago which I have never received and I have no outstanding warrants on anything never had any felony's nothing! What am I suppose to do she keeps calling and I blocked the number but she continues to leave a voicemail!
I just received the same call. The lady said her name was Melissa Young from District 3 in Houston Texas. She said I had 3 felony charges pending and I needed to verify my identity in order to get additional information. She had the last four of my social and wanted me to confirm my full SS and I refused. She said the case along it the recorded call would be forwarded for prosecution. SCAM!!!!!!

Said she was named Deborah Young with Fraud Div 3 and they had sent indictments to my home address and they needed to hear from me immediately. Nothing is showing up on my credit report nor am I aware of anyone I owe.money to. Wont stop calling even after telling her over and over to stop calling me.

Got a call from them and they said a company has filed three felony charges against me. Won't tell me the company name and doesn't show up on my credit report. Pretty sure it's a scam. She said she was going to forward to a judge and he was going to contact me.

I called Citibank's other number and confirmed this was their Consumer Support number. It is legitimate. Processed the information they needed to verify my account. I originally thought it was fraud but it is real.

We receive calls at our place of business from these people every day and they claim to be with Spectrum. It sounds like a call center in India; noisy background noise and each person who calls has a strong accent.
