We got the same email from this Quincy Pham today. Wanted us to access all of their personal financial information via a link. We did not click the link based on previous comments.

Regards Quincy Pham CEO. Did not respond or try to call the number since Janis said the same thing. They wanted a quote and provided an attachment. Quincy said call before Quincy gets on airplane. We also received a request from this number. Stated his name was Quincy Pham. We were able to get some information from him. Stated that he is in Kansas City and that he has been in business for 21 years. Sounds like one to stay away from.
My email was hijacked and used this number as a point of contact. They used my email address to send out the same request "Good morning, we would like to inquire about your services towards payroll, tax and accounting, kindly reply back to my e-mail and advise if any of these services is being offered in your institution.
