called my number a bunch times..I finally answered. The person claimed to be investigating cell phone fraud and wanted to know who owned the phone. The couldn't tell me the crime etc..and claimed they will have to report it to the police. I told him to report the situation to the police and hung up...he was abrasive and pushy and on a poor connection.
