Received a call from this number claiming to be the Social Security Administration. This is not an SSA phone number.
Called said my social security had been cancelled, however, I'm 55 not on social security
I have even called the number given on the recording on two different occasions and requested to be put on their do not call list.

CALLED MY EMPLOYER. NOTHING BUT SILENCE WHEN WE ANSWERED.
I called Citibank's other number and confirmed this was their Consumer Support number. It is legitimate. Processed the information they needed to verify my account. I originally thought it was fraud but it is real.

We receive calls at our place of business from these people every day and they claim to be with Spectrum. It sounds like a call center in India; noisy background noise and each person who calls has a strong accent.
