Not only do they call from multiply states numerous times a day. They also call from a Private number and they are willing to give your information up to anyone. I had a friend answer the private number and they were like Are you her Husband? You have NO right to be giving out my personal information to ANYONE. I don't answer numbers I don't know and if you don't leave a message then that is your problem.

This is "Commenity Bank." They have a million different numbers from different states and call a lot if you are late on a credit card payment. They will call relentlessly until they get their money. If you block one number, they will call you on another the next day. They run cards like Victoria's Secret, Express, New York & Co, Ann Taylor Loft, etc… If you are one month behind the calls begin.

I got 2 calls today. I checked my account online. I'm not behind. it'd due in 7 days. I have payment set up. they're just harassing.

I have a lane bryant card but has a zero balance, they just raised my limit cause they want me to start using it again. I keep getting calls from this number but I dont answer it if I dont know it.

As long as there is a payment outstanding, be it for the current period or one in the past, we are legally permitted to call you until you pay us or send us a cease and desist demand via registered mail/return receipt.

Yes, this is definitely one of the many numbers Commenity Bank calls from every 20 minutes from 8 am-9 pm. Are they aware that calling anymore than 4 times per day is considered to be "excessive" and is therefore open to a pretty hefty lawsuit???
