Robocall offering lowering credit car interest. They are calling early in the morning. This call is preceded by an unavailable number call, the day before, that says nothing but tape records your voice... for identification.
Robo call alway uses name of heather says it's about an account, keeps using different numbers
This is my sixth or seventh call from a robotic voice introducing itself as Heather from a "credit monitoring company". I don't even own a credit card.
I have been getting call from this number for 2 weeks...I am on the do not call list but guess that is not enough...I am trying to figure out how to block these calls on me cell phone not even sure that will work as I have gotten these calls from several different numbers.
Received a call on my cell from a Heather with Navient. No school loan & I don't give out my cell number for business.

Caller wanted personal information and claimed to be from some credit company that does not exist.

just got a call from 888-431-7820. Told me I was breach of contract. Very hard to understand the lady. I dont have a contract with anyone that I know of. When I look to see the number call it tells me Claim Services.
