Called wanted me to go to my computer. He was informing me that there was a problem with my Windows. After asj=king him to repeat his words several times, I told him he did not speak good enough English for me to understand and I hung up. I NEVER believe anyone when it comes to personal data about me: my computer, financial info, personal data (ie address, etc).

Name Unavailable and this phone number, which looked quite bogus. Let the machine pick up, they didn't leave a message.

"Robert" from "the Microsoft" about computer. His supervisor was busy. I asked for escalation and call back number, click. Very thick accent.

Someone has called from this number and we have been letting the answering machine pick up. Once the answering machine picks up it just says "Goodbye" and hangs up. These people have been calling every few hours since about 5:00 and they are still calling at 10:30pm. Very rude and very persistent.

I have been getting calls 4-6 times a day for the past 2 months from this number. There is never any one on the line if I answer, only a hang up shortly after I answer. Cals come in from 8 AM to 8 PM PST.I am not certin bu it may be from a computer virus scam outfit.

Caller had a very heavy accent. Mispronounced my name once, then let out a couple of Urmms before he quit talking. He seemed thrown when I answered with my employer name (I work from home), and never got as far as giving me his name or a company name. Only one call from this number so far.

Same thing today. Windows calling! lol not even Microsoft! Heavy accent but his nam was Steve!

called and was hesitant to give me info. BEWARE!! Scam!!! However, after I received this call, my bank account was hacked!! Not sure if it was a coincidence.
