Credit card scam. They asked if I wanted to lower my interest rates on my card, but couldn't tell me what card they were talking about. I was hung up on after I asked for the last 4 digits of the card they wanted to lower.
I just received a call from this number as well. I didn't answer and they left no message. I have blocked them as well.
Called my cell & I didn't answer. No message. Looks like they continue on with their scamming.
They have called 3 times today and I will not answer, no messages left. I'm really thinking about getting rid of my cell phone...too much BS going on since the numbers going public and yes I registered the number.
Just called my phone too. I didn't answer. I don't answer calls I don't recognize. After reading these posts, I've already blocked this number on my iPhone. Love that setting!
Oh - just in case you have an iPhone and want to know how to block a number, just go to recent calls and tap the "info" button beside the number of that recent call; it will take you to an information screen...scroll down and tap "block this caller" - great feature. I have tons of these scam/marketing numbers that I've blocked.
People like this don't care if your on the list or not. They probably spoof the number anyway. They are Robo calling hoping to get someone to answer.
