Robo call from consumer services about my credit. Hung up and logged this to the FCC Do Not Call website. My phones been on the DNC list for over 10 years.
12-9-15 Received a call. Didn't answer. A message was left. Heard only part of it. Something about reducing finance charge, press 1. Glad I didn't answer unknown number. Glad I checked on line about the number. Will file number under "Couldn't Care Less"
The number 724-323-1432, says only that it was from Pennsylvania, just called my cell phone. Just added to my reject list...so tiresome! I never answer these calls, if they know it is a "live" number they will either keep calling or sell my number to someone else.
Answered, recorded message stated I didn't input the right extension number. Dang. My bad.
Credit Card ScamI answered and an automated message said my credit card was not having any issues but my company wanted to talk to me about lowering my credit card interest rate and to stay on the line. I stayed on the line and the guy asked me if I was on the line to lower my interest rate and I said yes. Then he asked if it was a VISA or MASTERCARD credit card that had the highest balance and interest rate I wanted to lower. I said "I don't know" to him because that's information the credit card company should not have to ask me, they should already have that information. He hung up on me after that.
