This number calls my home several times a day...does not say anything. I say hello----nothing. I hang up. Calls are several times a day. Didn' t call over Christmas but was right back at it Tuesday morning.

Be VERY careful about pressing any number when you contact them. Just by asking to be removed from their calling list, you have posted something with the company and you are now considered a customer and they can legally call you!!!

I talked with 'Alex Fargo' and what they want is your credit card info! They claim to be able to lower your interest rates on your credit cards, and this has nothing to do with student loans. Once I told him I would not release any info from my credit card, he hung up.

calls are on weekends too. Called back and only an automated message without mentioning the company. I requested to be removed an hopefully won't get this annoyinh call.

Thanks all -- this is a new number on my cell - no name, just the number shows up - they do NOT leave messages -- all my student loans were paid off long long ago -- dunno what they want -- but get the idea that they are a debt collector (education or otherwise) and all mine are handled. Geez. How old do they wanna go?

We've had several calls from them but never picked up until last night at 7:03 EDT. They started asking for information about our credit cards, so we hung up.

get calls from this number and 786-522-6168 every day. i never answer, they never leave a message.

I answered the phone today because young children were in the house who had instructions not to answer. Some very persistent lady suggested that I could lower the interest rates on a perfectly good credit card with 4% interest. It probably wouldn't have mattered if we'd had none! but I said we were very happy with what we had and not to call me any more. I hung up in [her] mid-sentence.I wish they wouldn't call a house # with small children who cannot pick up the phone because of who it might be. This used to be a free country. How can we stop them? Errgghhh!

just called back the number and submitted a remove my number from call list request. we'll see.

Caller ID identified the number as Financial Knowledge. Callerer offered to lower my interest on debt by consolidating loans and credit card debt. Requested credit card numbers and bank info. Knew the name of my band and typoe of credit card.Obvious phising scheme. I provided no info.
