Just removed my work phone no from their list, don't know how they got it. He wanted personal and credit information from me. i told him nothing. When I asked him to identify himself, he laughed. I looked it up on internet and got this site. I called 727-260-5510 and followed the instructions.

I received numerous calls from 727-260-5510 -- all asking for someone I do not know but who happens to have my same last name. When I became less than cordial I was accused of having "attitude" and assured because of my "attitude" they would continue to call. Those calls stopped and now I get almost daily calls from Diversified Collection Services, 800-604-0064 located in California asking for the same person as Financial Education had requested. I've tried hanging up but the calls continue.In utter frustration I called the Colorado Attorney General's office who contacted Diversified..... and was assured my number would be purged from Diversified's calling system. That was before Christmas and the calls continue to come almost daily -- always with a message for the above person who I do not know. There must be some legal way to stop this harassment. I'm seriously considering a complaint to Calif. AG, the FCC, the Calif. BBB, and any other agency that might be able to help. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. If enough of us write maybe we could put these pests out of business.

Caller ID says "Financial EDU". I don't answer, just go on about my business. It would be nice though if they would stop.

I receive several of calls per week from this number. Most of the time it is someone claimimg to be a Credit Agency wanting to help lower my interest.

They called me and said they where from Finacial Edu sevices and if I got there letter to lower interest rates on my credit cards and than she listed a bunch of cards and before she could say anymore I told her that I dont give credit card numbers out on the phone and she told me that it Federal Law that I have to and I said no its not than she screamed at me that it is and I told her she was full of [***] and hung up.

Also got repeated calls, didn't answer, no msg left. Finally answered, woman said she got my 'information' from Experion and wanted to help me reduce my credit card interest rates but I had to tell her how much credit card debt I had. I refused three times before she hung up on me. I called back and removed my number through the automated service.

I have received 2 calls today. It's 9 am. When they got to my voice mail, they hung up. Next time, they get a whistle blown noin their ears.

They claim to be a firm that works with lenders to reduce outstanding credit card interest rates. As soon I reused to answer the first question about my outstanding card balance the "agent" hung up. Seems to be a phishing scam.

I have received 2 calls from them today. It's only 9.am.
