Called today saying they were going to serve papers. Also asked for me by my maiden name, which I haven't been in 3 years so most likely a bill collector. Also it is illegal to threaten criminal charges on a bill.

I recieved a call from this number telling me I had a fraud case against me filled in Douglas county. First of all I have committed no crime so I knew it was a false call. After my husband contacted our attorney we found out their case number was a fake number. We contacted verizon because the number is a verizon number out of Clearwater FL. We also contacted the omaha BBB, the department of justice, the Clearwater police department and well these folks have figured out how to beat the law. Be ware of these people as they could be stealing money right now from your grandmother!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They told me I had a fraud charge out of hunt county an I knew I hadn't did anything but the first thing I did was googled the number an this is what popped up guess I'm not the only one!

If you recieved a call from these people call the department of justice. 202-514-2000. If they receive enough calls on this company and their employees then they should do something about it. Their scare tactics are not lawfull. A voice mail is not legally an official notice. Their phone number is a Verizon land line out of FL. If that's real. Beware and do not send them money!!!!!!

These folks are Financial terrorists for all we know! We do know they are a scam! Beware if you recieved a call from this number.

They wanted me to pay them money when I know I do not owe them. Don't fall for their scam!! I will call the department of justice thanks for the feedback and heads up

The people who called me from this number are criminals and should be in jail! They tried to scam money out of my grandma! I am making a police report and so should you if you recieved a call from this number.

This company has many numbers accosiated with it and they are all scams. Also they may change their number after reading all the scam posts about them. Maybe if we all make complaints Dave Banes and Mr Pritchett can be cell mates in prison.
