They called this morning at 11:09 AM. Knowing that it was a telemarketer I picked up the phone and answered "Fraud Department".. I heard silence on the other end of the phone and answered again, "This is the Fraud Department, may I help you?" The female voice on the other end of the line stammered and said that she must have the wrong number. I persisted that this was the Fraud Department and that she must be calling to report fraud. She apologized, said that she had the wrong number and hung up. I was going to ask her who she was trying to call but didn't get that far.Al;ways good to put these idiots back on their heels.

Many calls from this number to my home - on DNC list. Caller never leaves a message. I don't answer calls that I don't recognize.

Renee, I know how you feel, I worked at a call center for health insurance and it was in bound calls we took and only called back when we had to research a problem. Yet we were treated very poorly by the people who called us, especially if they were on hold for more than a few minutes. We have a head set, we hear a beep and we start our greeting, we take non stop calls for 8 hours straight and have no idea how long they are on hold. We are there to do our job and solve problems or answer questions for the customers who had our health insurance and we were screamed at, cursed at, blamed for everything from health care to immigration to Obama this and Obama that...it really shows America's true colors to be so rude to someone on the phone just to relieve a little bit of stress or feel like a "big man/woman" for telling off someone you don't even know. If people don't want to be called at certain times do what I do and turn off your ringer, works like a charm and you can program numbers that do go through for family or friends in case of emergencies. Start thinking about solutions and stop blaming people who are trying to make money and stay off welfare any way they can!

Its rediculous, i would love to call them at home while they are eating dinner or trying to get their kids to sleep, but they get to call you and annoy the living [***] out of you? Thats screwed up!

Renee, LOL, did you see what the lady that replied to you said?? "Liar liar pants on fire!" wow, what kind of people are on this page anyway? I know, the kind that would argue no matter what the situation. These people are threating to break the fingers of hard working citizens (yes, it's hard work to get screamed at, threatened and cursed at 8 hours a day), and he left his full name, Ed Meyer! wow!! these are some winners...I wonder how many of them have no job and collect welfare. At least you Renee and the others at your company are doing whatever you can to provide for your family and stay off welfare. I can assure you if you were on welfare you would be getting the same messages from the same people screaming at you to get a job, ANY JOB and stop living off of "my" money that "I" work hard for. Welfare is federally funded so really people on welfare are living off of the governments money and yes we all pay taxes to the government federally but you have no idea how small of an amount goes towards welfare and how huge an amount goes towards making the idiots in Washington richer and more powerful, they need their luxury vacations while we "grunts" do all the messy work and take all the blame. Give the blame where it's due and leave these poor call center employees alone. you love to voice your opinion on here but yet a phone call that is asking for you opinion and somehow that is violating your rights. Do you people even know what you are fighting about or who you are fighting for? Renee, you got one girl here that has your back and knows what you go through everyday and I know that while looking for a better job we take whatever is available so we can pay our bills and raise our babies and contribute to society. We are not in the wrong Renee, and don't ever let anyone make you feel like you are.

I, sad to say, used to work for this company years ago. We were all under paid, overworked, and, treated like scum of the earth from callers. There is no need to be rude. They have your numbers, and, I will say, many of my co workers would keep the numbers and call your home late late at night. Some of the people whom work there NEED this job. They agree with your frustration, and have spoken up on your behalfs. I quit this job because of the b.s. from all sides. My suggestion is to NOT answer if you see their number. Or call and speak with Leo. You could also call the corporate office in New York.

Great response telephone999, I hope something opens up for you soon and you find a more rewarding job than having to be harassed 8 hours a day by these horrible people. At least you found work and did not go on welfare. I can guarantee a good percentage of the people you do call take advantage of the welfare system and collect the benefits when they are perfectly capable of finding a job, but just too lazy to. Still they will yell and scream at you and blame you for what your company requires you to do, but I commend you for finding a job in this economy. You are not a quitter and while this job can be demeaning and humiliating at times know that it will get better because you don't give up! The lives of the people who put you down and blame you for everything just because you call and offer a survey...well their lives are not going to get any better, they have to do this to feel better about themselves. It is quite sad but very true, you are more fortunate than most of the people you call, remember that. You make your life better while they wait for something to make theirs better for them. Someday they will realize they wasted all those years blaming everyone else when they could have been out making a good life for them and their family. Keep up the hard work and you will find a better job and then this will just be a memory of how sad Americans have lowered themselves that they treat each other in such a horrible way.

Received three calls tonight in 30 minutes from three different research companies with hang ups. One of hen was the CMS and the 727 819-2217 number is active and they indicated they would put me on the not to call list even before I asked.
