This is the second time I have had a recorded message from this # when I answer the phone. They tell me that there is a charge of $200.00 (this time a higher amount) for some kind of computer service and if I don't want to authorise that amount I need to call them back right away. The first time I did call back and they wanted me to log into some site. I didn't log in and finally hung up. A definite scam of some sort.

I called Citibank's other number and confirmed this was their Consumer Support number. It is legitimate. Processed the information they needed to verify my account. I originally thought it was fraud but it is real.

We receive calls at our place of business from these people every day and they claim to be with Spectrum. It sounds like a call center in India; noisy background noise and each person who calls has a strong accent.
