Sounds like this number was active last night! Received a call at 5:26am. I didn't answer, message hung up immediately. I too received a text from "RBC" at 11:05 this morning (I don't have an account there either). RBC number was 52-331-869-1972.
I received a call from these people too at about 1:20 a and I rejected the call. They didn't leave a message either.I figured it was a wrong number.

Very interesting, bogus call is some form of test to see if texting service is available on that number. That makes 3 of us that have received follow up fake RBC links. I am keeping an eye on these posts just out of curiosity, imposible to trace, but its a learning experience to see how crooks apply their trade.
