Toronto area. Called my phone at 11:38 pm. My phone is on silent after 11 pm so I didn't even hear it. Blocked.
just got a call from this number saying it was from Russia, when i answered there was no one on the other line, then call was disconnected
I live in Airdrie and just got a call from that number. I have a call blocker app so it just answers and hangs up on a fake number. I would also like to know how someone can use a 738 number.

Sounds like a potential call center scam.
Said they were from Bank of America calling me about a fraud alert on my account. When I told them I do not have an account with B o A - they hung up on me. Ironic!
They said it's a business call from northern light. Not real and clearly spam. Northern light must have its phone numbers data leaked.
Called today and left no message. No caller ID, so I did not pick up the call.
