Received a call from that number at 6:30 this morning on my cell phone...my call display showed that it was coming from Russia...I did not answer and there was no message left...
I saw my recent call and this number is registered from Russia. 7383864817. Same thing happened to me. Very strange call.
It is a basic long distance scam...if you answer it uses your airtime and LD charges will apply if your plan does not include receiving calls from out of country, if you call it back it'll cost you even more. Report scam calls/texts to cell providers by texting the number/address via free text to 7726 Spam report number for Bell/Rogers/Telus. If people report they will take action to block the spammers, if people don't they won't.

Sounds like a potential call center scam.
Said they were from Bank of America calling me about a fraud alert on my account. When I told them I do not have an account with B o A - they hung up on me. Ironic!
They said it's a business call from northern light. Not real and clearly spam. Northern light must have its phone numbers data leaked.
Called today and left no message. No caller ID, so I did not pick up the call.
