This number kept on telling me to hold for a representitve, kept callig every 30 minutes...Turned in for repeated abuse!
Call at least ten times a day.....even after being informed that no such person as they are looking for lives here. I love caller I.D.! I hope me not answering is cutting deep into someone's commission!

It is NCO on behalf of Capitol One collecting on a past due account. I talked to them one time and could not understand a word he was saying. They must outsource to another country.
