This number is from NCO Financial systems, they collect for Capital One. They never leave a message. I just spoke with them yesterday confirming that I have a payment scheduled and I got another call today.
I received a call from this number on 10/26/10 at 1:33. I know I registered both my wife's and my own cell phone on the "No Call" list, and so far as I am aware, I have no dealings or other dealings with Capitol One. And as others have reported, nothing was said as I opened up the line for about 15-20 seconds before there was a beep and it disconnected.
Tired of them calling my cell phone number-especially when all our numbers are on do not call list!

The person called to verify employment of someone, but I didn't recognize the person's name. The caller had an accent, and I couldn't understand them. I didn't call back to let them know they had reached a wrong number.

Unsolicited call. Wanted me to complete my "voter profile." I've voted from this address for over 20 years.
It happened to me they got into my computer and got all bank info they took over $4000. from me left me with nothing. Don't trust anyone this was a setup.
