Hi, Do you know anything about them? I e-mailed a request for info to Cruise West and got a call from them. Would like to know a little bit about them before I deal with them.
My caller ID said "Full Service TR" next to the number when they called. She asked if I had requested information from Cruise West and I had. I told her it was not a good time and could I call her back. When I did, I got a recording saying something like "We're sorry but the person you are calling has a voice mail box that has not been set up yet" which is pretty strange for a travel agent that is on the up and up.
This number keeps calling my cell phone but it's long distance so i never answer it. I never signed up for a cruise so i'm just gonna keep not answering it.
I have been requesting info about cruise/trip packages, so not entirely surprised to see numbers I don't know. They have not left a message but I got an email from Avoya travel listing 760-305-5070 as the call back so I suspect it is the same company - although I wish they would leave an actual message out of courtesy.
They keep calling telling me they need info about my travel, but I never initiated ant travel. They need to take me off their calling now.
I did request more info about a cruise with Avoya. they called right away, but no one was on the other line and didn't leave a message.
