They keep calling talking about a HR complaint but can't even tell me what company I work for. Beware!

A person calling themselves Jasmine Myers calls my phone from the above number and directs me to call Gavin Myers before the end of business, about some documents that are now considered 'Non-Compliant' and on hold.

Supposedly there’s a complaint and if i don’t call 844-804-1868, it will be forwarded to HR after three failed attempts.

I missed 3 back to back calls from ‭+1 (760) 767-8122‬. She left a message on the last call saying it was a legal action. I tried to call that number back and it doesn’t work. I called the number she provided and they told me they had my social security number and I need to verify the last 4 of it to get any information regarding me breaking a breech of contract. I said I would not be providing any part of my social and he said ok I will note that you are not complying and hung up.

I purposely do not answer any calls that I'm not familiar with, so I let the call go to voicemail. The voicemail stated "Hello, my name is Rita Cole. You are not available today and this message is in regards to a complaint notice to your attention. Please immediately contact 844-702-3294, again the number is " " to update your address or contact information. After a third call attempt I am required to direct further attempts to you HR or payroll department on file." I tried call the incoming number of 760-767-8122. I rec'd a recording that said "We're sorry, you have reached a number that has been disconnected or is no longer in service. If you feel that you have reached this recording in error, please check the number and try your call again. I since blocked the call.

TOTAL SCAM!!! Same gig here with the 844 868 9742 number to call . I'm alerting the FCC as we speak

Its the FTC that handles this SCAM...calling them as well

Per the FTC...."Hang up and report it to the Federal Trade Commission at complaints.donotcall.gov or 1-888-382-1222."

Just filed complaints with the FTC on both numbers from these scammers.
