This number has called me every day for weeks now, 6-7 times a day from 8:20 AM to 8:45 PM. Today it was 7 times. I don't answer. Don't owe them anything.

My student loan has been paid off fo TWO YEARS so I don't know why they keep calling me. I ask for something in writing and they refuse.

This number comes up on my caller id as Anonymous. This number has been calling me for days now. They call multiple times a day and never leave a message. It is only 4:00 and so far this number has called 5 times today. They start calling at 8:30 am and won't stop till around 8:00 pm. My husband answered and said they hung up.

Student Loan Assistance Corp. I have no student loans, have not had student loans for over 20 years.Any student loans have been paid in full with no delinquency. So, they have NO business calling me. Yet, they continue to pester me after I've told them, repeatedly, all of the above.IDIOTS! Anyone getting these annoying calls repeatedly (and you KNOW it does not belong to you) keep very good records and report them to your State's Dept of Consumer Affairs. They need to be stopped and can only be stopped by proper recording and reporting to your own state's dept of consumer affairs.

They claim to be affiliated with Navient (salliemae) but they are actually a third party. I spoke to Navient directly already and there are no issues with my student loans as I have made my arrangements, yet this company continues to call me. Clearly, they are just a third party trying to buy out your loan or solicite some kind of business. I've blocked this number from calling me.

Sallie Mae student loan new name

Go to your former Sallie Mae now Navient account and remove those phone numbers from your file. That's where they get them. Also remove your employer name (just in case that's there too).

As other posts have said Navient now services student loans that Sallie Mae formerly took care of. If you have ever had a student loan or refinanced your student loan then you now have to deal with Navient. They usually call on past due loans. Often too, student loans are purchased by or passed on to other companies to deal with. They probably have thousands of past due loans to collect on due to the economy.They call me 5-6 times a day and every call shows the name as " Private Caller". I bet they do that to get you to answer. They may as well show their actual name. I blocked the first number they used so now they are using a new one. The other one they use is (317) 550-5549.I sent them deferment papers and documentation 3 times but they still keep calling. I have no money to give them.

More of the annoying constant daily calls since Oct 2014. I haven't posted in a while so I figure I'd do a year-end list since my last post on Nov 23. The number of scam calls I've received is ridiculous, I get as many as 20 a day now, TWENTY (I'm not displaying calls with no numbers here, I get a few of those too). How many hundreds of calls do I need to get before it is considered harassment? Phone company won't do anything about it, they want to sell me more overpriced crap. I'll probably be switching to a VoIP service soon so I can have control over my line without getting ripped off.Anyway, here's the nightmare of calls. By the way, I don't owe anyone money, I've never had a student loan, I've never done business with "Conn's" or "SALLIE MAE", these calls are pure BS. I bought a new Panasonic phone that allows 250 blocked numbers and you can set it to not ring on the first ring before it blocks, which has helped save my sanity (I'm not posting the model number here so this isn't considered spam, but it's easy to find with a search).
