Robocaller from "Sarah" (right) supposedly from Navigant calling for their salary stares we have an important message regarding your loan service
I believe this is Navient Solutions - they took over student loan collections for Sallie Mae. As of this morning (it's 9:16) they have called 3 times, left no message. Yesterday, they called 5 times. The 'sister' number is 765-367-0782. I'm paying on my student loans, just not the 'recommended' amount. This is a P I T A.

I called Citibank's other number and confirmed this was their Consumer Support number. It is legitimate. Processed the information they needed to verify my account. I originally thought it was fraud but it is real.
