this phone number spells out "private number" on a traditional handset its not the actual number that is placing the call best thing to do is get a call blocker and block all private and unknown numbers

this explains how they know you when you answer and it is some type of phone prank app and someone you know that has your number is making the call

the calls you are describing are coming from someone that knows you and they are playing games. If you look at atraditional handset, you know the ones with three letters under each number you will see that "7748283686237" spells the words "private number" and someone is using a *67 prefix before dialing your number to hide their incoming number thus making the call from a "private number" this is a friend or aquaintance of yours giving you a hard time this is how they know your last name. There is no big scandel associated with this this is a common phone prank that has been out for a while associated with cell phones so hopefully you can rest easier and figure out who the culprit is. Its probably the same confidant you've told you were getting the calls and they are having a big laugh at your expense.

I have a IPhone and I have sprint and it has only happend when I got my iPhone last night they only called me once but a few months before they called like 5 times in one night

I have been getting calls from this number and every time i don't answer they will call me back 2-3 additional times. i contacted my cell phone carrier and found out it's actually an international number. if you are getting calls from this number you may have to contact your carrier to block it. from one time i spoke with the indian man, he informed me that he was with an "american pharmacy"... yeah right.

Go to your app store and download a private number bocker. This will stop ANYONE from calling you using *67 which is a number blocker.
