Phone made 'alert' sound. Showed missed call. Listed only as Reno, NV. Dialed number back, to get a recorded message, starting with an evil laugh. Then recorded voice saying I was" spy dialed". At 1:13 a.m., really???!!! I blocked the number, obviously. However, I am concerned abut what information they could have obtained. I looked up "Spy Dail" site on internet. It says you can remove info obtained by filling out the form, listing all your information.. address, phone number, name, etc.As I can only choose options in the 'call type' category below, I put unknown, as closest type would be a prank calI. Since I have no idea how much information this type of call can obtain in calling my number, or from my returning the call. I would say it is a fraudulent invasion of privacy at worst, and spamming at best.

Received this call at 11pm, rang twice, called back and had the stupid laugh, annoying sound effects, and s message saying I've been spy dialed. Went to the website mentioned, and entered my info, they have an old address, a name that is incorrect, and other incorrect info. Seems like a reverse lookup service that sucks at its job

We receive calls at our place of business from these people every day and they claim to be with Spectrum. It sounds like a call center in India; noisy background noise and each person who calls has a strong accent.
