I got the “genital cream” call, still not sure if it was a bot or a real person talking to me. I just hung up lol

Called 3 times. Answered on the 3rd time. Said his name was rakkesh and that he needed to borrow my internet because his was down and needed my wifi password so he could do his work. Then threatened that he already knew my ip address and was a hacker and was going to connect to my pc anyway. I was laughing most of the time as I figured it was a student or someone from lodge pranking me, the accent was east indian and over the top. I hung up when he said not to mess with him. The same number called back about 3 minutes later and this time in the same voice gave a different name and said that i owed back taxes, when I called him out as rakkesh he continued about the taxes and that i needed to go to western union right away, at this point I started agreeing with everything he was saying thinking for sure it was a prank, then suddenly an obvious recording took over, the voice being being accent free and warning about scammers and how this could have been a real call. Is this some sort of public service? I see above that this number is associated with a pranking app and that's totally how it felt, until that last part that seemed legit. Anyway, really bizzare. I called the number back and a recording came on and said to hit 9 if I wanted to be put on their no call list, which I did.
