They did not identify themselves (the company). They left msg, called back, no one answered, I do not owe anyone.
Trying to collect money by phone. He says his name is Raul Hernandez and the company is tegisteted in Florida, the number is from Puerto Rico, and when I return the call, no one answers. Not trustworthy.

I called Citibank's other number and confirmed this was their Consumer Support number. It is legitimate. Processed the information they needed to verify my account. I originally thought it was fraud but it is real.

We receive calls at our place of business from these people every day and they claim to be with Spectrum. It sounds like a call center in India; noisy background noise and each person who calls has a strong accent.
