This number usually calls about 3 or 4 times a week. Its really annoying.

I have been receiving these 'warranty about to expire' calls for months now both at home and on my work cell. When I've stayed on the line a few times to speak to a human, they hang up. Just this AM I played along to get more info. They said they were going to ask me a few questions then turn me over to the warranty specialist, and after their 1st question I attempted to ask them one and the gal, in a VERY mean tone, said, "I'm not going to talk to you", and she hung up. THIS IS A SCAM!

This pesty call stating "it's a last call before my warranty expires" comes in both on my work cell phone and at my home for about 4 months now. I've went along with the caller to get to the bottom of it and each time they quickly hang up. This last time they attempted to ask me detailed questions before they'd "turn me over to a warranty specialist". When I stopped to ask them one question, the caller turned VERY mean - and she said she wasn't going to talk to me and she hung up. DON'T GIVE THEM ANY INFO - THIS IS A SCAM!

OMG good for you KP for challenging them idiots thats calling us every min of the day..yep any sort of questions back to them all results to hang up! they have no phone etiquette, i wonder how they got their current job in the first place? and what they have on their resume..or does it requires any kind of degree or what not? judging by their lack of intelligence i guess they dont even need to pass 3rd grade!!! by golly even my 1st grader & 3 yr old nieces have better phone etiquette than these fools!

LMAO omg thats a good one. i went to answer that stupid number today and was gonna put this annoying tone for whoever was gonna get on the other end of the line to hear it but it disconnect me before i even did anything..i guess i forgot to press one of the numbers to get the "live" one lol...next time...which will prolly ring soon..i get calls from the same number atleast 3x a day if not more!

I get a call from 1-800-168-4861 at least twice a day. Their recording keeps saying I can extend my car warranty... which to begin with I didn't even have a warranty on when I bought it. Sometimes I get a call and the recording doesn't leave a message... It's really annoying and a scam.

have anyone thought that this could be some kind of glitch in the technology world that we live in? for some reason. when someone calls my number and i read them back the number they had call me from it is not the same number what so ever... so i dont know if giving them my number to remove will do any good. and it seem that more calls are coming thru by doing that!..and that stupid press 1 or 2 to remove you from the list? i doubt it does us any good..it will prolly put us on more annoying calling lists!! am i wrong?i also notice that everyone has been hit by these calls some might even get the call at the same time (even with the pst-est time difference and all) since they prolly have multiple numbers to bug us with.by the time i type this ive already gotten two calls from this number today

800-168-4861(I called back and called couldn't be completed as dialed[location none known.. just states it's a landline]), 501-977-0960(said it was disconnected[location County: Conway Latitude: 35.15 Longitude: -92.75 AR), 702-520-1126(had a recording saying to press 1 to be taken off there list[location County: Clark Latitude: 36.17 Longitude: -115.14 LV, NA.]), All 3 these #'s are the same people "last chance to renew vehicle warranty."

This phone number 1-800-168-4861 called me at least twice a week and now they are calling me twice a day. When I called back it wasn't even a real number. I did what someone else suggested and registered at www.donotcall.gov and it was very interesting to find out that once you register if they continue to call you, something legal can be done. So keep calling a$$holes and I will come into some major money...finally. Good luck everyone!!!
