Individual using the DHL name for scam/fraud purposes. Individual uses spoof app/technology and an auto dialer. Auto dial uses Chinese language. Individual will respond live if you press 9. Individual claims no English language, but, if asked to not call anymore, this caller responds in Spanish.

Called me about the same time yesterday. Does not leave a message with call back number or brief message as to purpose as a normal person would.
Most likely a scam. Didn't recognize caller ID so did not answer and it (robocaller?) left no message. Nuff said.
