I got the same computer generated call asking me to call Mrs. Lane. I do not owe any money. I assume this is some kind of sales call... once you call them back you are initiating a "working relationship" and they then can call you even if you are on a "do not call list" It is a way they get around the law (I think)

I received a phone call from Ms. Smith, she left a message saying to call her back but didnt say the purpose of the call or what company she was representing. This only means they're a debt collection company.

definitely debt collections, according to the lady i spoke to, exclusively medical related debts. the lady wasn't rude, but she was abrupt and very short with answers. if you don't like talking to debt collection agents, definitely don't call this one back

Called the number back they constantly ask for a Debbie Whatley, I don't know the person and I have been recieving calls for three years from this company. Called them back and told them so several times. I wish someone would convince these people I do not know this person and stop harassing me! They are a collection agency named MAS and some how got my phone number on someone elses account. Told them I am on do not call list and they replied it doesn't apply to them. Don't answer because even when you explain they don't listen!

Had a message left. When I tried to ask what MAS was, they refused to tell me until I gave the reference number. I told him I needed to know who they were first. When the man refused again but said it was very important, I hung up.
