I get calls from this number but do not have a leased car. Owned my Toyota for the past 10 years so have no idea why they will be calling. Would pick up except I am never home when they call - just dead silence on my answering machine then a click. If they want a response, they should leave a message otherwise they should stop calling.

JUST AN FYI for all - Just because your on the do not call list doesn't mean squat. You can be called for the following:If you have done business with them in the past, they can call you up to a year after that business transaction has passed.If you fill out anything at the races, ball game, trade show, etc. For a free gift card or vacation, they can call you for 18 months after that.Do NOT fill out anything with your info on it, you are giving them the OK to call you!!! READ WHAT YOU FILL OUT

I do own a Toyota, not lease. I am up to date on all of my payments with them. The only thing I can think of is that I'm almost paid up and only have a few payments left till it's paid off.

I have a Lexus lease coming due in December and these guys are relentless. Unfortunately, they are calling my work phone so I'm not there by the time they decide to call. Now that I've figured out who they are, I'll give them a call and see what they can do for me.

I keep getting calls from Toyota -- TWICE a day! Yes, my husband's lease is nearing the end, but we are already talking to a person at the dealership. I answered the call one day and asked them to stop calling. Her response was she can't stop calling because I am not the person they wanted to speak with -- they have my husband's name and he is the only one who can make this request. !!! This is not right . Why can't we block them? The caller ID says "Toll Free Number", so I can't block it through my phone provider.

This number has called me 7 times in two days, twice on my work phone and five times on my cell phone. They have never left a message.

I have started getting calls from this number, 8002860652, claiming to be from toyota. The only toyota I have ever owned was in Okinawa almost 30 years ago. When I try to call back the only people I could get through to was on the dealership line and they say there is no record of my phone number in any of toyotas phone listings. This has got to be someone spoofing the phone number. No one answers when I answer the phone. It is just an irritation. I'll be turning it into the State Attorney General for investigation. And file a complaint with the Federal Do Not Call Registry.

I owned a 2010 Scion, but no longer have it. BUT, they are calling me! They called my cell this morning when I was driving and could not answer. They have been calling my cell last few days as well, but not when I can answer. They never leave a message. I was out of the office on Fri/Mon day and when I got back today the phone had 10 missed calls from them and no messages. Give me a call back number so I can call when I am available. Seriously, I don't want another toyota now between this, the fliers, emails, calls from the dealership for MONTHS after I purchased my car, and the salesman periodically calling during the year. "Sure, just bought a new car and I'd like to get another one 6 months later, that seems normal." And as mentioned earlier by Upset, they have been using different numbers and all of the ones that called me are on his list.
