Caller Kathy McDonald stated lower payment or forgiveness of loan. Call her to discuss letter I should have received. Never received a letter. No answer on call back.

Caller said it was important that i contact her immediately within a day or 2 about this. She said nothing about a company. DO NOT TRUST.
