800-317-6345 is a phishing attack! BEWARE! They will send you a text stating that you have unusual activity in your account and test Yes or No to stop check payment. Once you text "NO" they will send you this number to call the "fraud department"...well, once you call they will get your personal information and steal your identity.

I have the same experience as above. When speaking with a real BofA representative, they advised this could be phishing texts. Call BofA directly and not the number in the text message.

This number charged my account 29.99 without permision. They said they would reinburse a month ago and still nothing.

Bank America Fraud Department. Had someone gain access to my online account; move funds; and write several bad checks. They are investigators and can help get it all straightened out.

B of A check fraud deptI pulled up my account today and saw that someone in North Carolina wrote a check for cash for $2700.00 out of my account. I live in California!!!!I have to call the fraud dept on Monday to get it resolved.
