SCAM call! NO DOUBT! "Social Security" threatening a lawsuit for misuse of benefits. It's the "last warning." A BIG LIE. Gov't agencies send a letter first. They do not start a case or communication by telephone. Period. I got two calls lately and several 3 or 4 months ago. These scammers sure try hard!!
