Their B.$. message went like this: "Hello - this is Sara calling for someone in your A/P department regarding your Toshiba copier contract. Please have your Federal Tax ID # ready and return my call @ 800-348-3898 Ext.1533454. You can reference your contract # of 500-044-5678-000."1st dead give-away that this is a SCAM call - caller never identifies the name of the company she is calling from.2nd dead give-away that this is a SCAM call is the caller ID says 'Financial Services'.3rd dead give-away that this is a SCAM call is when you return the call the auto-greeting says 'Thank you for calling the Customer Inquiry Line - please enter the 7-digit extension # of the person you are trying to reach...' and never states the company name.4th dead give-away that this is a SCAM call is when she answered the phone, the 1st words out of her mouth were 'Thanks for calling - please give me your Federal Tax ID #.' I told her that we don't have any copier contracts and to please remove us from her call list. She asked me for my contract # and I told her that # is as fake as she was and to go suck [and choke on] air! I'm reporting y'all to the FTC/FCC! LOSERS!SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM

sounds bogus, company name doesn't google, also city name not in time zone mentioned. call back with fed id# and contract number. number doesn't identify a company name. one time i called back and they were all in a meeting? who has a seven digit extension and also has everyone in a meeting at the same time... ignoring.
