Call is legitReceived voice mail from 1 514 392 9167 (Montreal).Message indicated it was from RBC VISA security dept. It instructed to call 1-800-361-0152 or number on back of card, with a reference number.I called number on back of card, I was asked card number, 3 digit number on back of card, address and phone number.I was told that my card had been flagged for potential fraudulent use. We verified that there were indeed 2 transactions that were made by a third party.So we cancelled card, and I am now waiting for new card.Call is legit

Received a call from an unknown number and they left a message with a reference number and 800-361-0152. My card had been compromised and they needed to cancel it.I also called the number on the back of the card to verify that it was legit and it was confirmed.

I received a phone message telling about call 800-361-0152. I called the number in my credit card, the 1-800-769-2512.The number 800-361-0152 is fine. Was a real RBC Visa Security call.

It's a legit number. Just called it today regarding fraudulant purchases that took place yesterday and everything is solved, for which I'm very appreciative.

It's a legitimate number. I freaked out when "Visa Security Dept" left a msg on my phone asking for the 3-digit number on the back of my card. I though it was fishy. I actually called the number on the back of my card, and they confirmed it was the Security Dept. They just needed to confirm a recent transaction, and made sure it was me that did it, and that my card hadn't been compromised.Thank you RBC for caring! :P:)

It's a legit number.I was kind of suspicious for a bit, as they were asking me all this personal information, but then they started going over my purchases that they could not have known otherwise.Turns out, my card HAD been compromised ... but for $9. Thank you RBC for the swift recovery!

This is real. I lost my identity and my house because I did not call this number back. Call the number back and safe your life!!!!! SAVE YOUR LIFE PEOPLE

I called the number the back of my card and gave my info to the cust. service. I was then transferred to card services. They wanted to make sure activity on my account was deliberate.Soooooooooooooooooo thankful they called just to make sure.
