This is 1800GETHELP from ProtectionOne and was a valid call from their customer service

I've received more than 130 calls with the caller ID box IDing this number, 800-438-4357, but a message asking me to call 877-200-5958. Both are Protection One, with the falsely IDed 800 number being their general customer [dis]service number and the 877 number being their collection department. Messages on my answer machine have included music, or a live person or recording always saying the same thing -- "This is a non-emergency call from Protection One. Please call us back at 1-877-200-5958." or very similar, sometimes including "we have been trying to reach you" or "call us back at your earliest convenience". They *NEVER* state a reason for the call. I canceled my service with them a year ago, and they still call. They don't seem to get the hint that I will NEVER call them. I don't owe them anything, and I would NEVER use their services again, nor would I recommend them to anyone. For anyone who does have them, watch out for evergreen clauses and cancellation requirements in their contracts, and get out as soon as you can. Fortunately, I never had a contract with them.The comments for "tmpinfo", supra, are probably made by a Protection One employee.

I forgot to mention that in addition to the over 130 calls from Protection One (it's probably really near about 160-180; I was deleting them initially), I once received 19 calls from this number (800-438-4357) in a 2 1/2 hour period. This was after I canceled my service.What do you call this? HARASSMENT!!!(If you need an alarm system, look elsewhere.)

CONSTANT ANNOYING CALLS-MULTIPLE TIMES WEEKLY

I received a pre recorded message from an unknown number and played their game by pushing "2" to be removed from their calling list several times. I have also used the "Press 1" to speak to an operator. I demanded to be removed from their call list and still receive prerecorded calls saying the same thing. When speaking to "Keith" he was rude and aggressive saying "I don't want to hear that. All I want is your number so I can place it on the do not call list. I am already on the federal list and should have been placed on this harassing company's list months ago when I requested it. "Keith's" supervisor was too busy to answer his phone for an excessive amount of time when I asked to speak with him. The only company name I was given was "Card Services"

3 calls from this number in the last 3 days. What good is a "Do Not Call" registry?

Overnight calls, 2 and 3 hours apart. No message, nothing. Who are these people????Reported to police and phone company.

They have called everyday, for weeks. I never pick up, since I can see that their name is "unavailable." Finally, I called the number back (it was ProectionOne) and told them to remove my number. And lo and behold, another call the next day. I'm just going to file a complaint with the FCC every time they call now.

Had their service for 10 years but canceled. They claim I owe them $47.00, which I do not. They are relentless, they have been robocalling both my house and my work each business day for about two months. They can go to hell.
