Received a call from +1-800-461-9999, the pre-recorded message informed me that my SIN has been misused. I hanged up. The weird thing is that the smart called ID showed that it is the "Canada Border Services Agency: Pacific Highway". Checked with Google and indeed, Canada Border Services Agency - Pacific Highway Port of Entry have this number. How scammers did that?!!!

I received calls 3 times a day from the number 1 800 461 9999, saying that my SIN has been misused. I know that it is a SCAM because Canada Border does not know my cell number!!! Idiot scammer!!!

It is called from a machine leaving message to press one On another occasion he presents himself as a government office. I received a similar call and automated message from a different number one week : 1 226 256 4856.

Same. Robot voice informs me of supposed legal action against my social insurance number, threatening arrest. Sounds very much like a scam, but the number, 1-800-461-9999 is apparently Canadian Border Services, an actual government number, so I'm puzzled... not concerned, but puzzled.

I received a package from a rigging company in New York with my name and address but this phone number as my contact number.
Looking for a person (that was not me) about a legal matter.

Calls once or twice per week with voice msg "Brandon from CTS" call me back. WTF is CTS? No context, no real msg.
Phone number calls multiple times a day, once someone from my office picks up, it is dead silence on the other line. When you try to call back, it is a number that is not in service.
