If you want to block it,don't forget the ( +1 ). It's an international call ! I block ( +1-800-###-#### ). You can try using ( # ) as a wild card number. Seems to be working on another repeat caller spoofing my exchange number,and keeps changing the last 4 digits

I called Citibank's other number and confirmed this was their Consumer Support number. It is legitimate. Processed the information they needed to verify my account. I originally thought it was fraud but it is real.

We receive calls at our place of business from these people every day and they claim to be with Spectrum. It sounds like a call center in India; noisy background noise and each person who calls has a strong accent.
