Then if this is a telemarketer Quicken Loans, they called my job....I just let it go to voice .....how dumb are these people.

They call daily to offer my a lower interest rate. Don't you think if I wanted to take advantage of their offer, I would return their call!!Q

Twice this number has called and a voice says, "hold the line while I connect your call." I do not want these calls

They called me claiming to be my mortgage company and asked for my bank account information as the account is past due. They also asked me questions about how often I am paid. Seemed fishy.

This was a welcome call from Quicken Loans, who we just refinanced our mortgage with. I do not believe this was a telemarketing call nor a collections call, given the fact that we don't even owe our first payment yet. I was able to set up automatic payments with them. If you do business with Quicken, this is likely some type of business issue that they are trying to talk with you about.

My mortgage is with Quicken Loans but they do not have the phone number this call came in on. They left part of a voicemail, something about a refund and wanted to know how to disburse the funds. I called Quicken Loans, and they had no record of attempting to contact me. They normally contact customers via email. CALLER ID CAN BE FAKED, this could be a pfishing scam, be very careful with these calls.

This number keeps calling me and and then puts me on hold and tells me to wait- how do I get them to stop?

This number does belong to Quicken Loans. It is a legitimate phone number if you call them. Though it has never called me regarding my mortgage. They usually contact their customers via postal mail and email. If you are receiving a call from this number I would not answer, if you are not a current customer of Quicken Loans. Do not give out personal/private info unless you call them.
